The space
The condo is one level but on the second floor of the building. There is a set of stairs with a landing midway to access the second level. There are pictures on the listing showing the staircase.
The condo is in the middle of the building and as you walk into a small hallway the kitchen is on the left and the laundry area is on the right. Once through the hallway the condo opens up to the eat in dining and living room area. The back side of the living room gains access to the balcony. The balcony is small but in a nice location.
Midway between the dining and living room there is another small hallway that leads to the bedrooms and the bathrooms. The two bathrooms are connected with a lockable door in between so bedroom guest can have access to the shower.

Other things to note
The Main Street Pub, which is awesome and located across the parking lot, features live music 5-6 nights a week. It is so cool to sit on the balcony and listen or even walk over and visit. They are permitted have live music until 10:00 PM on all nights except Friday, it must end by 11:00. The music is not even that loud but just in case I equipped each bedroom with noise distribution machine that helps block out the noise from the music and also Brightline train that sometimes passes through downtown. I highly recommend using these machines if are a light sleeper, as they work very well. A picture of the machines is included in the listing.
We have had several guests over the last year, and this has never been an issue with a guest.
